This is the perfect nourishing snack, or double the recipe and have it with some toast/pitta for a lunch that has 30g of protein in it and less than 450 calories!

Ingredients

  • 75g cottage cheese
  • 15g stilton, crumbled
  • 1-3 tsp hot sauce (or to taste)
  • 1 tsp chopped parsley (optional)
  • To serve with: carrot sticks, celery sticks, toast/pitta etc

Method

  1. In a small bowl mix the cottage cheese, stilton and hot sauce (add as much or as little as you want!). Top with chopped parsley if using.
  2. 2. Serve with carrot and celery sticks, and that’s it!
