Cheesy Corn Noodles

These cheesy corn noodles are ready in 15 minutes! You can either use whatever your favourite instant ramen noodles are or I've got a recipe below for homemade ramen seasoning. The recipe makes more seasoning powder than you need so you can keep it for whenever you want a quick recipe!
In a medium sized frying pan over a low-medium heat, add 1 tbsp of butter. Add the mozzarella, corn and cream cheese. Stir until melted.
Cook the noodles according to packet instructions.
In a small bowl mix together all the ingredients for the ramen seasoning, its makes more than you need for this recipe so keep the rest in an airtight container!
In a large bowl, add 1 tbsp of melted butter, gochujang and 2 tsp of ramen seasoning. Stir well.
Add the noodles and stir well.
Place the noodles in a bowl then pour over the cheesy corn and top with spring onion.
This is what I make when I really can’t be bothered to cook, but I force myself to (usually because it's either cheaper or healthier than getting takeout). It ticks all the boxes when I’m in this mood, i.
