Easy Hummus Bowl

Ingredients

  • 50–100g hummus (adjust to preference)
  • 50g cucumber, diced
  • 50g cherry tomatoes, halved or quartered
  • About 10 black olives
  • ¼ small red onion, finely chopped
  • 50g feta, crumbled
  • 80g chickpeas (drained and rinsed if canned)
  • 1–2 tbsp pickled sliced jalapeños
  • ½–1 tsp honey, to taste
  • 1 pitta bread, toasted

Method

  1. Spread the hummus in a bowl or on a plate.
  2. Arrange the cucumber, tomatoes, olives, red onion, chickpeas, and feta on top.
  3. Scatter over the pickled jalapeños and drizzle with honey.
  4. Serve with toasted pitta for dipping.
